At ToHeart, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached and items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
